Mill Town Roasters

Mill Town Roasters is a small-batch specialty roaster with three cafes in Fredericton, New Brunswick: The Coffee Mill uptown (1187 Smythe St.), The Brick House downtown (461 King St.), and The Landing in Marysville (7 Mill St.).

All of its beans are roasted at The Brick House, which also serves a full breakfast menu. Mill Town sources organic, women-produced, fair trade and Rainforest Alliance coffees whenever possible, and its offerings rotate often. It offers local delivery and ships across Canada.
