Misha's

Misha's is an independent café and roaster in Old Town Alexandria. There's a vintage roaster in the back, where you can watch them work. Everything they serve comes from that roaster, and they sell coffee by the pound in the shop and online.

There's a rotating set of single origins and blends, with seasonal coffees and new origins coming through. Pour-overs and espresso drinks are both good choices, and the baristas are happy to walk you through the roasts.

There's plenty of seating, from small tables for two to bigger shared ones for working, plus outdoor seats looking out on Old Town. It gets busy at peak hours. Pastries are available, but coffee's the focus.
