Mission Coffee Roasters, Inc.

Mission Coffee Roasters, Inc. is a locally owned Colorado Springs shop where owner Brett roasts on-site. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out on Pikes Peak. There's a big communal table and a few small tables, and seats fill at peak times.

The espresso is a lighter roast with bright citrus notes. The brown sugar honey oat latte and chai latte are favorites. The Ethiopian and Nicaraguan dark roast are popular bags, with subscriptions.
