Model Citizen Coffee

Model Citizen Coffee is a veteran-owned, family-run roaster in Woodland Park, run by Tabitha and Enrique. They teach small roasting classes, and you go home with what you roasted. The shop has a breakfast bar by the window, self-serve checkout and a bakery case. They also carry goods from local vendors. It's not set up for long laptop sessions.

Dessert Buddy is a Swiss water decaf with a following. Try the flat white or nitro cold brew. The decaf Americano and the Italian Hot Cocoa are popular too. From the case, try the lemon pound cake or a dark chocolate cookie. They offer subscriptions.
