About Monkey Joe Roasting Company
Monkey Joe Roasting Company is Kingston's oldest coffee shop and its only roaster. It's in a historic building with tin ceilings, paddle fans and hardwood floors, and the roaster sits in the corner. There are a few four-person tables and some outdoor seating. There's no wifi, on purpose.
They roast specialty-grade single origins from every growing region in small batches. Try the Monsoon Malabar, Ethiopian Harrar, Costa Rica Terra Zu or the house espresso blend. Jazzy Joe has hints of maple and cinnamon. Choose drip, pour-over or French press. The full selection is sold in the shop.
