About Moxie Java
Moxie Java has provided coffee to communities across Idaho's Treasure Valley since 1988. Its coffee is roasted on a Sivetz fluidized-bed air roaster for low acidity and smooth flavor.
Ryan and Julie Stewart moved to the Boise area from Wyoming in 2014 and bought the roasting business in 2018. Moxie Java's locations serve espresso and its signature Milkee Way, and coffee is sold online.
