Bourbon Barrel Aged is the bag people come back for, and the one most repeated as the order to make. Creme Brulee and Banana Foster cover the flavored side. Jamaican Blue Mountain handles the high-end ask. The Brazilian Roast is a workhorse for daily drinkers. Cold brew is on the menu. There is no sit-down room to speak of, no atmosphere to describe in the customer reports, no real dwell time. The footprint inside Edison is not a cafe. If you wanted a cafe morning, this is not it. The custom blend work is the part that tells you the most about how the operation runs. Most roasters of this size do not roast a one-off for a car club. This one does.
