Mugging Whales Premium Coffee Co is a Winnipeg micro-roastery owned by Heather and Jim. The idea began on a 2018 vacation in Maui, where they tried locally grown Maui Mokka coffee, and the name comes from two whales that swam up to their boat.
The company supports Tails of Freedom Rescue, a foster-based animal rescue in Winnipeg. It has a cafe and sells coffee online with subscriptions, free Winnipeg delivery and Canada-wide shipping, and it offers wholesale.
