Naomi Joe Coffee Roasters is a Tacoma roaster with its coffee counter inside a brewery and canteen complex. The big communal room has huge tables and working wifi, pastries from the canteen and beer a few steps away. People settle in for hours. Their coffee's also stocked at select shops in Tacoma and Seattle.

The roasting is the interesting part. They do cherry co-fermented coffees and other experimental processes, plus daily blends and rotating single origins, both at the bar and in bags. They take Bitcoin over Lightning too.

The shared room gets lively at peak times. It's a great place to try fermented and experimental coffees at a big table. They offer custom subscriptions.
