New Morning Coffee Roasters

New Morning Coffee Roasters is a family-owned, small-batch roaster on Vantage Drive in Appleton. It's a roastery with a small retail counter in the reception area, where you'll find mugs and accessories. The whole building smells like roasting coffee, and they give tours if you ask.

Most people come in to buy a bag or pick up an online order, and lots of them subscribe. Espresso Crema, the house New Morning Blend, Costa Rica Honey and Inca Bold are the regular picks, and there's a Hazelnut if you like flavored coffee. Costa Rica Honey is a good place to start.

They also offer private-label and toll roasting, and coffee fundraisers.
