Newberry Coffee and Tea

Newberry Coffee and Tea is a small family-run roaster in a Torrance strip mall plaza. They hand-roast specialty single origins on-site every week. Seating is one long high-top inside and a small bench outside, so it's mostly for buying beans or a quick drink. The pour-over gear up front is just for display.

The brown sugar latte with almond milk is the regulars' pick. There's strawberry matcha, a shakerato, tea and boba. For food, there's avocado toast, an avocado caprese and almond croissants. They ship beans and do wholesale.
