Night Sky Coffee Roasters is on Jackson Street in downtown Winder, next to a park. They roast small batches in the shop. It's roomy and cozy, with well-worn couches, comfy chairs, eclectic décor, a mini library and board games. The wifi's reliable, and there's outdoor seating with a water bowl for dogs. It gets lively after school and after work, and service can slow down when it's busy.

The banana bread latte is the signature. The hot chocolate with house-made whipped cream is great on a cold day. There's nitro cold brew, apple cider in season and a caramel frappuccino. For lunch, try the Caprese or Italian sandwich. The cream cheese danish is good any time.
