About No. Six Depot Roastery & Cafe
No. Six Depot Roastery & Cafe is a small-batch coffee roastery, cafe, gallery and event space in the oldest train station in the Berkshires, in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Husband and wife Flavio and Lisa travel the world to source ethical coffees.
Flavio test-roasts each sample on an Ikawa sample roaster in communication with the producer. The team then cups the results, and the best coffees are roasted on a Probat 25-kilo roaster by Flavio and Antonio. Coffee, tea, gift boxes and subscriptions are sold online, and wholesale is offered.
