Noble Coffee & Tea Company

Noble Coffee & Tea has been on Noblesville's historic town square since 1996. They roast on-site in a dedicated roasting room, and you can sometimes peek in or set up a tour. The lineup runs from light breakfast blends to bold espresso roasts. The espresso blend has caramel notes, and Highlander Grogg is the flavored coffee locals ask for.

Inside there's exposed brick and warm lighting, with a main room plus lounge areas. You'll find regular tables for meetings and armchairs for settling in with a book. It works for studying or catching up with friends.

Beyond coffee there are lots of chai variations, specialty lattes (the vanilla latte is a favorite) and a range of teas. Their site mentions cold brew, nitro and scratch-baked pastries too. You can order beans online, and they're roasted to order and shipped. The staff often know regulars by name.
