Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters

Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters is a micro-roaster and coffee lab in Dallas's Expo Park. The roaster is in back, and up front is a bean shop and small café with window seats and a shared table. There's no wifi.

Midnight is the house espresso. Try a cortado, oat cappuccino, chai latte or Peruvian drip. Seasonal lattes include black pepper and honey. Staff will match beans to how you brew. They offer subscriptions.
