Nomadic Cafe

Nomadic Cafe is inside the Zawadi Center near MSP airport in Bloomington, next to the Zawadi Restaurant. The menu has East African and global influences, and they roast in-house. The room's big and open, with plenty of seating and strong wifi, and it stays calm despite being near the airport. The outside signage is small, so map it before you go the first time.

Chai's the specialty. The blended pink chai is the signature, and there's an ube chai and a marshmallow chai too. The iced Spanish latte is a reliable order, and the espresso is where you'll taste their roasting. There's matcha too, and croissants. The chocolate one is the favorite.

It's handy for travelers with time before a flight, and good for remote workers who need space and good wifi.
