Normal Roasting Company and Coffee Lab

Normal Roasting Company and Coffee Lab is on Grand Avenue in downtown Burwell, in a renovated building. The owners work the counter and also train other coffee shops on roasting and operations. It's clean and modern, and pets are welcome, with pup cups.

The coffee flight (cappuccino, latte, Americano and dirty chai) is a good first order. The drip is called The Lord's Way. Seasonal chai specials rotate. The blueberry lemon scone is the favorite, and the sweet rolls are good. If you like darker coffee, ask them to point you to it. It's a good stop on the way to Calamus Lake.
