About
About North River Roasters
North River Roasters is a nonprofit air roaster near the Bardavon in Poughkeepsie, between Main Street and Route 44/55. They employ people with disabilities and veterans, working with MidHudson Works. It's quiet, with an open kitchen, work tables, lounge corners and free wifi. It hosts poetry readings, and you can rent it for events.
Patriots Blend and Bourbon Blend support Hudson Valley veterans. There are light and dark single-origin Asian coffees. The kitchen makes bagels, pastries and a garden-vegetable BLT. Orders are roasted as they come in, with subscriptions.
We are a non-for-profit coffee roasting business that uses air roasting technology to roast all of our beans. Our goal is to employee people with disabilities, as well as veterans, to perform our roasting operations. We roast orders as they are received to ensure fresh, delicious coffee is shipped to every customer. From northriverroasters.com
