About Northshore Specialty Coffee
Northshore Specialty Coffee aims to bring third-wave coffee culture to Louisiana and Mississippi. Its team sets a flavor goal for each coffee and then roasts on Diedrich roasters, fine-tuning against established roast curves.
Its first Jackson location, a cafe at The District at Eastover, serves coffee and food. Northshore also sells coffee online with subscriptions and supplies wholesale accounts, from cafe espresso bars to offices.
