That's the starting point at Oconee Coffee Roasters on Academy Street in downtown Madison, where the high-grown beans and house espresso blend get talked about as carefully as the lavender latte that has a subtle spicy, woody undertone. The shop is small but cute, with a loft upstairs that runs notably quieter than the main floor.
