Ohio Roasting Company

Ohio Roasting Company is a bright café in a renovated building in Stark County, and the roaster's right there, just steps from the tables. There are leather armchairs, work spots with outlets, free wifi and seating inside and out.

The cold brew's rich and smooth. Seasonal favorites include the maple brown sugar latte and honey lavender drinks. They make their own gelato, so the affogato's a must. There's a watermelon spritzer if you don't want coffee, plus breakfast sandwiches and pastries. You can buy their small-batch beans in the shop.
