Opry Provisions

Opry Provisions in Western Springs is a coffee bar by day and a 30-seat listening room at night. Owner Dan books the country and bluegrass acts himself. There's no kitchen. Food trucks come on show nights, and you're welcome to bring your own food. There's a new patio, and dogs and kids are welcome. It's more of a hangout than a laptop spot.

The bourbon shelf includes allocated bottles and lots of rye. Joe and Pat make the cocktails, and the Sazerac is the one to try. There's a bottle shop for wine and liquor. During the day, you can buy fresh-roasted bags, and croissants and donuts come out on Saturday mornings.
