OTIS Craft Collective

OTIS has been roasting craft coffee in Lafayette since 2012. The café is bright and roomy, with big windows and a shared community space called The District. There are armchairs, couches, work tables and seating inside and out, plus fast wifi and plenty of outlets.

They roast in-house. The house-made brown sugar oat latte is the favorite, and the spicy brown cow mocha comes with cinnamon, allspice and cayenne. Pour-over and French press are on the menu too. Beans are usually less than two weeks off roast, and they offer subscriptions.
