Owl Eye Coffee Roasters

Owl Eye Coffee Roasters is a family-run shop in downtown Cadillac, owned by Aaron and Jin. Aaron roasts small batches on a Diedrich that you can see through the roasting room window, and he loves talking origins and brewing. It's bright and modern, with comfortable seats for reading or working.

The Ethiopia Guji is bright and fruity, and the Sumatra Gayo is full-bodied. The Honduras and Kenya AA are favorites too. Try the caramel macchiato or the Honey Yuzu Cascara Tea. Beans are sold in the shop and online, with subscriptions.
