Pablo's Coffee - East Colfax

Pablo's Coffee is a Denver roaster and café chain. The East Colfax shop is big and full of plants, with natural light, counters, tables, couches, nooks, outdoor seating and its own parking lot. Wifi is spotty and outlets are few, so it's better for a coffee date or a book.

The pistachio latte is the favorite. The cortado is a good test of the espresso. Seasonal matcha drinks run sweet, so ask for less syrup if you'd like. Try the blueberry scone. They sell whole beans, with subscriptions.
