The counter sits inside Cider Corps in downtown Mesa, with Myers handling the pizza side, and the result is one big industrial room where you can order coffee, beer, and a slice without changing venues. Tables are plentiful. Parking is easy out front and around the block. Weekday afternoons run mellow. Weekends fill, and the room takes on the volume of a shared food hall on a Saturday night. Pour-over is what the barista program prioritizes, and the in-house roast holds up under the V60 treatment if you want to taste the bean cleanly. A cappuccino is the easier order if you want milk involved, and the baristas are knowledgeable enough to talk you through what is in the hopper. The chocolate chunk cookie in the bakery rotation gets named by name. The chocolate croissant is the safer pastry pick if you want something less sweet. A sandwich from Myers next door rounds out a working lunch without having to leave. Two real warnings. The first is wait time. At peak, drinks slow down. One regular reported a 30-minute wait on a latte, and that is not a one-time anomaly, it is a consequence of the shared-space crowd hitting the counter all at once. The second is price. Bags of beans run on the higher end, which is a real thing if you were planning to take some home and were budgeting for it.
