Palace Coffee Company has three cafés in the Texas panhandle. The original is in a historic building on the Canyon square. There's exposed brick, fast wifi, board games and a quieter back room that's popular with students.

They roast locally. The cortados and pour-overs are favorites. They ship, cater and rent event space.
