About Paramour Coffee
Paramour Coffee is a Manhattan, Kansas roaster and coffee shop. Its mission is to make gourmet coffee accessible. Founder Jim was mentored by Sal Bonavita, who owned Peet's Coffee in the 1980s, until Bonavita's passing in July 2025. Jim's wife Laura named the business.
The shop serves as both the roastery and a community gathering place. Coffee and subscriptions are sold online.
