Parousia Coffee

Parousia Coffee is a small, minimal shop on West Clay in Richmond, run by Jimmy and Michael. There are booths, wooden chairs, a couch, plants and music. It can get loud, seating is limited and outlets are hard to find. Staff bring orders to your table, and dogs are allowed. At peak times, the wait can be 20 to 30 minutes.

The syrups are house-made for a rotating seasonal menu like carrot cake, banana milk and Earl Grey lattes. The cortado is a good baseline. There are breakfast burritos, and the coffee cake is a must.
