Paul's Coffee & Tea Louisville

Paul's Coffee & Tea is a locally owned micro-roastery and coffee shop in a Louisville strip mall. There are comfy chairs and tables inside and a shaded back patio. It's laid-back and works for studying or catching up. Sometimes there's live music.

They roast on-site, and Paul likes helping people pick beans. The Ethiopian light roast and the Sumatra are favorites. They'll grind whole beans for your brewer. The maple cardamom chai is popular, and there are breakfast burritos, pastries and light bites, with seasonal teas too.
