Peace Coffee has roasted organic, fair trade coffee in Minneapolis since 1996. The HQ in the Greenway Building on 21st Avenue South is a roastery, not a café, so check hours before pickup. It's sold at stores nationwide.
Black Squirrel Blend is the favorite, dark without being oily. There's Morning Glory, French Roast, seasonal Nocturnal and a Peru light roast. They ship, with subscriptions.
