Peak City Coffee

Peak City Coffee is a specialty roaster and distributor in Apex that supplies offices, restaurants, hotels, cafés and grocery stores. There's no storefront. They sell online, with subscriptions and same-day delivery in the Triangle. Local realtors give the bags as closing gifts.

Whispering Pines is the most popular. Carova is a light roast, and there's a house blend and a dark roast. Full Steam is for home espresso. The decaf is a favorite, even with people who don't usually drink decaf.
