Peerless Coffee & Tea

Peerless Coffee & Tea has been family-owned in Oakland, California since 1924. It began supplying coffee and tea to local restaurants and hotels and calls itself one of the Bay Area's first craft roasters.

Founder John Vukasin built long-lasting, farm-direct relationships, and the company is now in its third generation. All of its single-origin and blended coffees must score at least 84 out of 100, its quality standard. Peerless sells hand-roasted coffee online and at its shop, and supplies wholesale customers.
