About Penstock Coffee Shop & Roastery
Penstock Coffee Shop & Roastery is in Highland Park. It's bright, with small tables, communal seating, umbrella tables outside, free wifi and outlets. Seats fill at peak times.
They roast direct-trade single origins in-house. The pour-overs and Ethiopian are favorites, and syrups are house-made. Try the chocolate croissant, a sourdough scone or a gluten-free option. Roaster's Choice sends two coffees a month.
New Jersey's best wholesale coffee roastery and specialty coffee shop. Direct trade, single origin coffee. From penstockcoffee.com
