Persimmon Coffee is an independent roaster with a small, bright, Nordic-minimal storefront on West Girard in Fishtown. It has greenery and a few seats, so it's best for a drink to go or a short sit.

The Cloud Dancer is the drink to try: espresso, ginger beer, club soda, heavy cream and blueberry preserves. There's an espresso tonic with fruit peel, a jasmine latte, matcha, OG cold brew and Dewdrop green tea. They ship beans.
