Pettibone Coffee

Pettibone Coffee is a specialty roaster founded in Dayton, Ohio in 2017. It sources seasonal fresh-crop coffees and roasts them intentionally light to highlight terroir, clarity and sweetness.

Each lot is roasted on a Loring, color-sorted with optical sorting, and checked with Agtron roast color analysis and ongoing cupping. Pettibone roasts and ships on Mondays and Tuesdays. Its cafe offers mobile ordering, and wholesale is available.
