This PJ's Coffee in Bossier City is veteran-owned and locally owned. It's nicely designed, with quiet spots and social areas, plenty of seating and a drive-thru. Baristas know regulars, and dogs get treats.
The Mocha Granita is the favorite. Try the Southern Wedding Cake drink, a matcha latte or a green tea mojito. The beignets and Cuban sandwich are popular, plus blueberry muffins and cookies. Whole beans are for sale.
