PJ's Coffee - Northlake

This PJ's Coffee in Northlake is owned by veterans Mark and Barbara. It's cozy, with café tables, sofas and bar stools. There's a drive-thru and local delivery. Each Memorial Day, there's a remembrance table.

The honey brûlée shaken espresso and house cold brew are favorites. The 35 blend is popular for home, ground to order. Beignets are made to order, and coffee flights include a pecan nitro.
