PJ's Coffee

This PJ's Coffee is at 15089 Hwy 73 in Prairieville. There's a back deck over a pond and walking trail, plenty of clean indoor seating and the wifi password is posted. A small, steady crew knows the regulars. It closes at 4pm Friday through Sunday, whatever Google says.

The lavender latte is the go-to. Try a Velvet Ice, a Mocha Granita with whip, the Southern wedding cake skinny latte or the vanilla pumpkin blended iced coffee. There are beignets, egg bites and croissants.
