PJ's Coffee

This PJ's Coffee is at 10158 Jefferson Hwy in River Ridge and has regulars going back 20 years. It's clean and quiet, with a big window onto oak trees, easy outlets, wifi and parking in front and back.

The Velvet Ice is the go-to. Start with the beignets or a breakfast bagel. Drip is strongest in the morning, and pastries are restocked through the day.
