About
About Prairie Bean Roastery 219
Prairie Bean Roastery 219 is a roastery and coffee shop on Highway 219, at the corner of Hanley grid 764 between Dakota Dunes Casino and Outlook, Saskatchewan. It is owned by Paul and Robin Daoust, longtime customers who bought the business.
Roasting began years earlier with founders Nick and Val and a hot-air popcorn popper, and the roastery now uses a Diedrich roaster. Its coffees range from single-origin decaf to blends of beans from two to four countries, roasted fresh throughout the month. It offers custom roasting, fundraising, online sales and wholesale.
