PROVISION is a specialty roaster, restaurant, cocktail bar and coffee bar in Phoenix. The two-story space has 40-foot ceilings, walls of windows and lots of plants, with booths, communal tables and a popular upstairs balcony.
They roast in-house. The flash-chilled iced coffee and the habanero mocha are favorites, and there are seasonal specials. Prices run on the higher side. For food, there's avocado toast with hot honey, protein bowls and house-made pastries.
Wifi and outlets are mostly at the communal tables, and wifi is off Friday through Sunday. Weekday mornings are easiest for finding a seat. Parking can be tricky at busy times.
