Publik Coffee Roasters

Publik Coffee Roasters is a small-batch specialty roaster with cafe locations throughout Salt Lake City, Utah. Its roastery runs entirely on power from 65 solar panels and uses an oxidizer that filters out 96% of the particulates from roasting.

Publik buys through importers with strong relationships at origin. Its coffee houses serve roasted-to-order coffee with menus built on locally sourced ingredients. Wholesale is offered.
