Purefi, LLC

Purefi is a specialty roastery and espresso bar in Old Town Spring, set up in an Italian style with a small bar and only a few seats.

The default espresso is a light-roast Geisha. The cortado and cappuccino are great ways to try it. The Swift blend is the bag to take home. The strawberry matcha has fans, and the cardamom bun goes with everything. The staff are happy to talk through the coffee. They offer subscriptions.
