About Purpose Roasters
Purpose Roasters is on South Main in Colfax, and you can watch the roaster while you drink your coffee. The building is clean and homey, with a few tables. New owners took over in 2021, and the roastery gives back to the community.
The syrups are house-made. Try the lemon-vanilla latte or the decaf mocha, or get a cold brew with two extra shots. The mini donuts are made fresh and are a big draw. It's an easy stop on the drive between Spokane and Pullman.
