Push Pull on Union

Push x Pull is a Portland roaster at 821 SE Stark, with a Seattle café at 2407 E Union St in the Central District, open daily 8am to 3pm. The roasting happens in Portland. The Seattle café is minimal and bright, with tall windows, an upstairs loft for working, plenty of outlets and an outdoor pergola where dogs are welcome.

The espresso and pour-overs are the focus, with rotating roasts that include fruit co-fermented coffees. The baristas love sharing tasting notes. They make a Portuguese-style bolo and serve natural wines. You can buy beans in the shop.
