PUSH PULL | Stark

PUSH PULL on Stark is in Portland's Central Eastside, a minimal, lab-like space with big windows, communal tables and a projection screen. They roast small batches in-house, and the roaster is visible from the counter.

There are usually 8 to 12 coffees, including experimental processes like anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock. The Ethiopian naturals are favorites. There's always a house espresso plus rotating single origins. Try a pour-over or the CBD espresso tonic. You can buy all the beans to take home.
