Random's Coffee

Random's Coffee is on Main Street in Belton. The owner bought the building, remodeled it himself, roasts the beans and is usually behind the bar. It's open and bright, with seating up front and a conference room in the back you can use when you need a door to close. There's free wifi, and students settle in for the morning.

The menu's short. The honey bee latte is the signature, pour-over's on the bar, and there's chai with a shot of espresso. You can buy fresh whole beans to take home.
