Red Arrow Roasters

Red Arrow Roasters is on Red Arrow Highway in Harbert and roasts on-site. The owner is usually behind the counter and happy to show you the green beans and share how the business got started.

It's a take-and-go counter with little indoor seating and a few café tables out front. Lines move quickly. The homemade biscuits with honey butter are the food to get if there are any left. For drinks, there's an iced caramel latte, a mocha latte, an iced americano, a macchiato and a cortado.

For whole beans, the Ethiopian light roast and the Farmer roast are the picks. It's a good stop on a trip through Harbor Country.
