Red Bike Coffee Roasters is a roaster, shop and brunch counter in Irondale, run by owner Jon Robles with Zack, Danny, Leah and Jon. It's quaint and quiet. Their coffee is sold at Beehive Bakery and Piggly Wiggly around Birmingham.

Fast Blend is the espresso other Birmingham shops pour. Ask about the Honduras Honey Manos de Mujer. Medium roasts are popular. The brunch is worth planning around, especially the quiche.
